Prior to installation of our Starbend 800 in 2007, XTP only used single shot manual presses and air/hydraulic benders. While this method had been very successful in our business for several years, our strategies and industry demands changed.
Purchasing the Starbend 800 machine allowed us to create fully interpolated CNC bends that gave us the design flexibility we needed while improving our efficiencies considerably. Most importantly, the ability to automate our process has given. us the control needed to set a higher standard in the Quality of our products.
