Tube Fabrication & Color, has been a leading tube bending, powder coating and metal fabrication business for over 12 years. We produce many tube products from .25″OD to 3″OD. In a range of materials. Currently designing and producing chairs, desks and tables, handles, generator frames, exhaust and specialty need items. We are a one stop shop for bending, secondary operations, welding and powder coating all at the same location.
We have about 4 tube benders in house. In 2006, we looked at adding a new Starbend 450 Tube bender to our operation. It was a dream, setups were easier, repeatability and multiple users were able to repeat setups. Additional functions, helped produce parts that other benders could not duplicate, along with the options of rolling tubes and bending tubes on the same parts. It really opened up our options for more quoting, a landing more jobs.
Working with ITE has been great. When we do have a problem or a challenge, the people have been able to be patient and helpful. Simple ways to troubleshoot and walk through a problem. No matter if it was a small problem or large. Each time there has been a need; there was a quick response and determination, to get the machine back in production. Knowledgeable staff has been the key, they are familiar with the machines, and are people that are well rounded in electronics, tube bending and programming.
When the needs for another bender or machinery are needed, ITEC will be one of the first phone calls we make.
