Our experiences with Innovative Tube Equipment Corp., especially with after sales service have been spectacular. We have been able to rely on the expertise of Brian and Franco to integrate TMCO’s first Starbend 450 into a complex job shop and greatly reduce the trial and error normally associated with the “black art” of bending tubes. We are still receiving quick response on applications assistance even 6 years after the purchase of our machine.
Even though the operators trained on our 450 were brand new to bending, the training process and follow up help were complete and quick enough to allow us to dive in the deep end quickly. Combined with our facilities CMM arm, we were able to eliminate the need to fixture complex parts. The accuracy of our Starbend combined with the precision measurements achievable with our inspection arm allows us to be very competitive in the low to mid volume markets we like to work in.
Honesty and integrity are another big reason TMCO and ITEC have had a long lasting relationship. We’ve never been pressured to buy something that wasn’t exactly right for our needs, regardless of price.
