A lot of words could be used to describe our experience with Innovative Tube Equipment but I think the one that describes it the best is dependable. Right from the start and still to this day we’ve been able to count on them for support whenever it is needed. Having never had any experience with tube bending before we bought our StarBend 800 I was very happy with the training process and the continued support after the training. Franco, Brian, and Matt are always quick to respond to emails and Franco almost always answers my calls and helps me with any programming issues I may be having while at the machine. Having access to a CNC shop we’ve been able to make most of the tooling for our machine. Franco and Brian are more than willing to send drawings of the components on the machine to assist us as well as give us tips on how to design and build the tools correctly for the application.
After 2 years of owning our machine the level of service still hasn’t changed. I’m very grateful for everything that they’ve been able to teach me about the art of tube bending. With the knowledge I learned from them we’ve been able to successfully train new operators, design and build our own tooling, bend complex parts, and continue to successfully and consistently make good parts. I’m certain Bison will continue to have a great relationship with them for many years to come.
