As the year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together. Our forest retreat was a reminder of what makes ITEC truly special—our people. It was an opportunity to share space, breathe the same air, and embrace what it means to work as a family: to carry the weight when others need a hand, to lean on one another, and to recognize that ITEC’s success doesn’t rest on one person alone—it thrives because of all of us.

This sense of family defines who we are. When each of us steps into our role and gives our best, we create something far greater than the sum of its parts. The magic we felt when we came together at the retreat is the same magic that will carry us forward into the year ahead, no matter the challenges we face.

At the same time, as we focus on collective success, it’s essential to honor the value of personal time and the families we have at home. At ITEC, we’ve worked hard to ensure you have the space to prioritize your loved ones while excelling professionally. Family isn’t just one of our values—it’s the foundation that allows us all to thrive.
